What you will need:

  • Comfortable, warm clothing (please bring extra layers as the studio can be cooler in the Winter months - perhaps an extra jumper & blanket)

  • A journal and a pen

  • A bottle of water

  • Props if you don’t want to use those in the studio (the studio will be set up for your arrival):

Workshop Details

Join me for a 2 hour self-love and relaxation workshop just in time for Valentines, to nourish the heart, body & mind.

In this Sunday pop-up we will open our heart to healing, work towards deeper self-love and indulge in some much-needed relaxation and stillness.

We will begin the workshop grounding the body, arriving into the space and connecting with our breath and heart chakra. The heart chakra is an energetic portal in the centre of the body connected to compassion and unconditional love. We will open and soften this space by consciously breathing and expanding.

We will then enjoy a lovely tea ceremony where we will take our focus into the heart space and explore our self-love desires through the art of journalling and oracle cards. This will be a wonderful opportunity to encourage manifestations and deeper self-love.

We will find some gentle movement to encourage energetic release and gradually ease into pure stillness as we recline into heart-led yin postures. As well as continuing to open the heart chakra, we will stimulate both the heart and small intestine meridians (energetic pathways) which run through our energetic body. Both govern our capacity to love and to be loved. We will hold these prop-supported poses between 2-10 minutes, to access deep healing, surrendering and letting go. 

Yin yoga and chakra healing stimulates deep energetic release in the body creating a sense of harmony and balance. After the workshop you may feel warm, nourished, joyful and a deeper sense of peace.

We will finish the session with yoga nidra and essential oils to help you feel grounded, relaxed and ready to float home to bed.

Expect scents, sounds, touch and deep healing, in a safe space for you to fully relax, release and open your heart.
